The main work of this paper involves the following aspects: 1. Research and analysis of the overall hardware design of the LED dispenser equipment, mainly the design of the visual system. 2. The image processing technology (various algorithms) involved in the dispensing of LED dispensing equipment are deeply analyzed and studied in theory and practice. The improvement of image processing technology is proposed. 3.
